Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Ritmeo, an app by Noramis. By using the app you agree to them.

The app

Ritmeo helps you organize your eating routine: meal plans, supplements, water, weight, reminders and exports. It works without an account. Your data stays on your device and, if you turn on sync, in your private iCloud.

Health

Ritmeo is an organization tool. It does not give medical or nutritional advice and does not replace a nutritionist, dietitian or doctor. Calorie and nutrient values, photo estimates and the water suggestion are approximate. Follow the guidance of your health professional.

Ritmeo Plus

Some features are part of Ritmeo Plus, an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store, monthly or yearly.

  • The price and the period are shown before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account.
  • The yearly plan may include a free trial. When the trial ends, the subscription starts unless you cancel before.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel it in the Settings app, in your Apple Account under Subscriptions.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Your content

Plans, photos, notes and everything else you add belong to you. You are responsible for what you add and share. Exports and Ritmeo files only leave the app when you share them.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the app for anything unlawful, and don’t try to copy, change or reverse engineer it.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, icons and texts belong to Noramis. The food library uses public nutrition data. Open source components keep their own licenses, listed in the app under Acknowledgments.

Apple

These terms are between you and Noramis, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Your use must also follow the App Store terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
